I think the end is: [tab]B[/tab] [tab]C#m7[/tab] [tab]Eadd9[/tab] [tab]F#[/tab] They sing the song the whole time in G. They're going to B in the end so if you transpose the chords schedule to B, you get this. But I'm also not sure...
